After ten years of catering in France and abroad for Nicolas and ten years in the agro-food sector for Hubert, they decide to go for it. Then comes the period of testing and developing different recipes, it is also the time to meet with the brewing community. The brewery was born at the end of 2015!
The “Bulldog” brothers as they are called in the trade, are passionate you will understand!

In family, on sunday with a good pizza, done with my hands. This ipa was a great surprise, on the way of the embuscade, dry malt, full, bready, mineral, tasty hop, bitter and citrus, floral hop, well balanced,, from the bootlegger, Paris, 21.11.22, tasting it at Epalinges.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Lior's place. Thanks Odi. Murky brown, floaties on the foam. Lots of yeast, roast, slightly vegetal, chocolate, phenols, coffee notes, quite dry, bitterish, over-carbonated.

33cl bottle from brewpub Le Shed in Reims, France. Head is medium, white, average retention. Amber to coppery, hazy. Aroma is light fruity, caramel, bready, toast, leaves, bit herbal. Taste is medium malty base, light caramel, herbal, leaves, bit pumpkin, toast touch, medium carbonation, dry on the palate, nice balanced for the style, enjoyed.

medium golden color. Frothy. Soft white peaches and acetone in the nose. Straight forward dry fairly bitter but boring
