Description
Hubert & Nicolas Couturier, grandsons of farmers and "Parisian titi". as they like to describe themselves, are bon-vivant, passionate about gastronomy and quality products. They first start exercising in their parents' garage, brewing small amounts for their personal consumption and that of those close to them. A true parallel market is developing, the demand is becoming more and more pressing. The 20-liter brews are no longer enough, the Bouledogue brewery must see the light of day.

After ten years of catering in France and abroad for Nicolas and ten years in the agro-food sector for Hubert, they decide to go for it. Then comes the period of testing and developing different recipes, it is also the time to meet with the brewing community. The brewery was born at the end of 2015!

The “Bulldog” brothers as they are called in the trade, are passionate you will understand!

Bottle sample at a tasting at Lior's place. Thanks Odi. Murky brown, floaties on the foam. Lots of yeast, roast, slightly vegetal, chocolate, phenols, coffee notes, quite dry, bitterish, over-carbonated.

33cl bottle from brewpub Le Shed in Reims, France. Head is medium, white, average retention. Amber to coppery, hazy. Aroma is light fruity, caramel, bready, toast, leaves, bit herbal. Taste is medium malty base, light caramel, herbal, leaves, bit pumpkin, toast touch, medium carbonation, dry on the palate, nice balanced for the style, enjoyed.
