If I am not wrong, this one is coming from one monoprix Paris or the bootleegger. Enjoy it on sunday, at home, Epalinges after a nice sunday at the Bréguettaz. A tasty and classical pale ale, dry malt, mineral, watery, bready with a honest side of coco, 12.07.22

330ml bottle from L'Ecume des Bieres, Saint-Malo. Pours brown with white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of caramel, cereal, alcohol, yeast & malt. Sweet finish.

In family, on sunday with a good pizza, done with my hands. This ipa was a great surprise, on the way of the embuscade, dry malt, full, bready, mineral, tasty hop, bitter and citrus, floral hop, well balanced,, from the bootlegger, Paris, 21.11.22, tasting it at Epalinges.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Lior's place. Thanks Odi. Murky brown, floaties on the foam. Lots of yeast, roast, slightly vegetal, chocolate, phenols, coffee notes, quite dry, bitterish, over-carbonated.

medium golden color. Frothy. Soft white peaches and acetone in the nose. Straight forward dry fairly bitter but boring
