0.375 l with a plastic press-cap, shared with Ogi and Marko. Hazy reddish brown, small head. Light fruity aroma, berries, vinous, tannic, oaky. Funky. A touch of dried fruit and vanilla in the back. Slightly acetic. Moderate sourness. Refreshing. Cheesy. Light body, moderate carbonation. Cheese and berries flavour. Light finish.

0.375l bottle, tiny ivory head. Tart aroma, light grapes, lightly peppery. Lean light dry taste, tart, light tart grape notes, some funky/bretty touches. Empty, not that clean, dried out almost fully, not not tasty though.

Bottle 0.33l from our archive, more than two years aged. Black, opaque. AROMA- pleasantly and strongly rum, roasted malts, pralines, creamy, touch of coconut and Bounty bar, touch of sour cherry. FLAVOR- very smooth, neutral, a bit sour, lightly bitter, the same as aroma. Fuller bodied. Nice rum character.

Tap at Klášterní Sýpka. Hazy golden-yellow body, white head. Sweetish aroma, vanilla, light banana, solid cloves, especially at first. Sweet raste, dry cookie-yeast touches, vanilla - soft though, with a passable estery presence, vague pear and stone fruit. Not all there, but has some fun aspects.

Tap at Klášterní Sýpka. Pale dull goldenish body, thick white head. Was a bitch to pour. Some candyish citrus and herbal notes, basic local golden ale-like. Floral-citric, honeyish tasye, ending bit herbal, carbonation bite. I mean, it's not bad, well made low alcoholic beer!

Tap at Klášterní Sýpka. Chalky cloudy pinkish red body, pinkish white head. Lightly dusty sweetish-sourish currant aroma, not unpleasant. Mildly, fruitily sourish currant taste, clean and pleasant. Soft, clean, quite quaffable and likable, well made!
