Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with profuse, stable dark tan head. Clear aroma of roast and chocolate, with sourish and malty notes and traces of liquorice. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of hops, liquorice and malt and touches of coffee and sourish notes of brett. Roasty aftertaste with estery notes and slightly sourish hints. Decent, but the brett notes are perhaps a little too strong.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a huge yellowish head - over carbonated - too much yeast in the bottle. The aroma has notes of hops, caramel, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits, malt, hops, and spices, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottled February 2016. Hazy pale amber with a thick, lasting white head. Bready, malty aroma with a light fruity note. Sweet, malty flavour with bready character, and quite likely a touch of spicy rye. Ever so faint fruity notes of peach and pineapple in the finish. Not a classic Helles, but an easy drinking beer
