Pours dark brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, chocolate, caramel and hint of coffee. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. It pours a dark brown body under a dense, finger-thick light tan head. Clear. The aroma has a nice roasted maltyness, some herbal hints, coffee and dark chocolate. A faint note of vanilla too. The flavor has a little sweetness, but is mostly dry, with coffee, chocolate and some vanilla. Full to medium body with a pleasant carbonation level. Lasting roasted finish with chocolate and a faint vanilla touch. A decent imperial stout. 140301

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, licorice, little coffee, lactose sugar and hops.

Bottle. Lots of microfloaties in this dark reddish beer with a dense, beige head. Caramel and some dried fruits in the aroma, cocoa too. It’ full-bodied and pleasantly carbonated, semi-dry, with caramel, cocoa and prunes. Lasting finish with caramel and cocoa. A pretty boring one, but at least not off in any way. 140301
