28th May 2017, on-tap at the brewery. Slight hazy golden pour, the head a small white affair. Certainly had a Mango aroma and taste, donโt know the base beer but this was both interesting and different, liked it.

28th May 2017. Tasting session with the brewers, this was their first brew when they started out some 7 months ago. One keg was saved and we cracked it open to see what it had done since being locked up in the keg. The name of the beer was choosen as we drank it. The pour was a misty golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma had a light citrus leaning, as did the taste: lemon like flavours dominated really, some mild sourness towards the finish.

28th May 2017: on-tap at the brewery, poured by myself. Golden amber with a full white head. Nose had both a piney and citrusy hop aroma, the taste followed the same lines flavour wise, light malty undertones helped to balance out the brew.

28th May 2017: on-tap at the brewery; clean and clear golden yellow pour with a wispy white head. The aroma had a semi-sour citrus front with a yeasty twist, taste was also citrusy with yeasty flavours, mild spicey notes in the finish. Brett is not a craving of mine, but this was fine for my palate compared to some Brett brews Iโve tried.

28th May 2017, on-tap at the Brewery; poured by myself. Slighty hazy pour, amber body, off-white head. The aroma had a yeasty and hoppy front with a spicey trace or two. Light citrus and piney hop taste, like the nose the flavour also had a yeastiness and spicey note.

28th May 2017, on-tap at the brewery. Poured a clear reddy copper, off white head. The aroma was Rye dominated, as was the taste: some spice notes with a semi-sweetness from start to finish. My sweet tooth liked it a lot.

28th May 2017: on-tap at the brewery. Poured a hazy golden yellow with a white topping. As the name might suggest, this was both citrusy and sour. Lemon citrus, bitter and slightly sour throughout. Almost tart in nature.

28th May 2017: direct from the tank in the brewery. Stood next to minutemat and RichtheVillan, who were also poured this uber fresh beer to taste. Light haze to the amber pour, on top a wispy head. The aroma was both malty and citrusy with grapefruit taking centre stage, taste followed along the same lines and had a sharp, freshness.

Keg at the brewery; murky yellow pour with a thin white head, aroma has citrus, taste has mellow malts, some lemon, biscuits malts, some pineapple, brett undertones. It was a unamed beer and Lizzy chose the name so weโll look forward to chapter 02
