Cask at The Smithfield, Derby, Monday 1st April 2024 in the company of Dad and Pauline. Pours very pale, straw in colour with a white head, nice golden ale, it's a bit sweet and perhaps lacking a little bit of complexity but simple hoppiness, easy drinking. Good.

Cask at the Fixed Wheel Easter festival, 2024. Poured a slightly hazy yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is big malt, earthy, woody hops. The flavour is over moderate bitter, with a smooth, rich, herbal, aromatic, floral, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering floral bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A real old skool IPA.
