[ As Hallegaard No. 1 American Pale Ale ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, butterscotch - toffee, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20150828]

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours Clear dark golden with a small white head. Aroma of light citrus, sweet malt, bread, and light biscuit. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Fast klare dunkel goldene Farbe, geringe weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch kräftig hopfig, muffig hopfig, Pflanzen. Geschmack floral hopfig, grasig bitter, dumpfer Geschmack, nichts besonders!

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015. Bottle. Clear golden color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, decently bitter, hops, maybe a slight hint of fruit in the distance but not a lot. Bit weird, but not bad. Ok beer.

Flaske fra Kihoskh, på hytta: let uklar gylden med fint gardinskum. Aroma af gress, citrus sammen med litt karamellsødme (som så utallige andre i samme stilen). Helt adekvat apa-smak dog uden at være minneverdig, kun en til i mængden fra nok et nyt dansk mikrobryggeri. Hvorhen skal det hele ende?

Sample from 50 cl. bottle. Clear, golden colour with a thin, white head. Sweet aroma with caramel, grass, citrus. Taste is light sweet. Medium body, creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and fruity with caramel malts and citrus fruits. OK.
