50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is coffee, dark malty. Chocolate. Bitter, dark malty and roasted. LIngering dark malty. Bitter and roasted finish.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and coffee, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of wheat, coriander, and oranges. The flavor is sweet with notes of oranges, coriander, and wheat, leading to dry finish.

Corked and caged bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque nutty brown with a rough and fizzy, beige head. For the style - or for any beer - this has incredibly little aroma, slightly dusty with a very vague hint of phenols. Rich, sweet body, sweet licorice notes and a woody touch. Has some dark dried fruits and rock candy or other sugars. It's nice alright but not really all that complex for the style. And the carbonation is too fizzy for the style. Warming alcohol finish. Quite uneven. 240820

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, orangey brown with a lacing, beige head. Rustic, rusty metallic nose. Medium body, extremely dry with very subtle honey notes - your honey fermented away dudes. Dry finish, slight hint of licorice. Bitter finish. Not unpleasant, but not very enjoyable either. 210720
