lattina 33 cl, schiuma bianca quasi inesistente, color giallo limone torbido, al naso leggero lieviti belgi esteri e lieve banana, in bocca è scarna leggero frutta candita e frutta gialla, corpo medio, watery, carbonazione piatta (Noooooo!!!) alcool presente, dolce e lieve acidula con amaro moderato. Bottle @Bir&Fud Bottega (Rome). Bruna/nera, schiuma beige medio-leggera. Al naso note di malti tostati, leggero vegetale (habanero). In bocca è bilanciata nell'amaro ma ha una piccantezza un po' troppo invadente. Corpo abbastanza esile, carbonazione media. Non convince appieno.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours a very nice brilliant brown, medium transparent, with very fine cream foam. Aroma is light malty and chestnut. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, with a little old school bitterness behind. Final is clean and fairly short.

Tap at Kalapinta in Cefalu. Low head. Dry, dusty, tropical fruit, grapefruit, crackers. Very dry grapefruit and un-ripe tropical fruit flavor. Almost bretty it is so dry, as if infected, but not really any off flavors, just minerally dryness.

All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di pane nero. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il liquido è di aspetto nuvoloso. Il colore è ambrato torbido e scarico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono lunghe. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi e pompelmo.

Bottle at home, 25/03/18. Very light haze on a golden orange pour topped with a decent off white covering. Nose is citric zest, light floral tinges, straw, melon, toasted bread. Taste comprises satsuma, toasted grains, perfume, cantaloupe melon, airy malts, soft bread, peach. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, mellow but balanced hop bitterness. Ok easy drinking IPA.
