355ml can into pint. Spicy citric hop aroma. Slightly hazy golden beer with two finger white head. Light carbonation with tiny bubbles. Flat, clean mouthfeel. Palate is subdued but intricate, there’s a quiet bitterness and an underlying malt background. Really, just a well made (and enjoyable) quaffer. Nice.

Can (161 Cellars). Amber with a loose white head. Aroma of kumquats, grapefruit, pine needles, mango skin, bread crusts. Moderate carbonation. Quite sweet with bread crusts, dried peach, brooding citrus. Bitterness is on the high side of moderate and the finish is long and clean. This will go well. [3.7] Can,bb 3/17. This one is also good, but that seems like a long time. There’s more tropical fruit and resin this time, making the whole thing for me seem in danger of tipping over into excessive sweetness and overrripe fruit (like the Mt Goat IPA did). But this one is fine.
