Can shared at Leightons place 21/03/2016. Picked up from the Rake. Clear golden orange coloured pour with a lasting off white frothy. Aroma is nice leafy citrus, pine hop with hints of tropical and hockey puck, some caramel malts. Flavour is composed of solid biscuity pale malts with a hint of caramel, piney citrus hop with a little juicy tropical fruit, mango. Palate is frothy, velvety, semi sweet. Well rounded and put together beer.

Can shared in London - thanks to Fergus. Pours clear, rich gold with a creamy, off-white head. Nice aroma, some lightly toasted malts, orange rind, tangerine. Light sweet flavor with citrus gummies, bread, some oily pine. Light in body with average carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish, more ripening citrus, bready malts. Tasty beer.

Can split in Bespin, thanks to Fergoose, 21/03/16. Clear golden amber with a decent light beige cap. Nose is leafy hop, bitter orange, straw, orange wine gums. Taste comprises orange peel, earthy hop, light caramel, toasted bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with leafy hop bitterness. Decent enough APA.

Can thanks to Fergus. I pours clear amber with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, stewed orange, peach, Cointreau, light caramel and bread. The taste is smooth, bitter, peach, stewed orange, apricot, tinned fruits, caramel, brown bread and pine needles with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Well - rounded and easy drinking. Decent.

355ml can into schooner glass. Citric hop nose, light body. Nice mid-strength but obviously restrained. Good with food, cleansing.

500ml can ($11!) into shaker. Well..smells like a forest full of juicy-fruit, newly mown lawn and pine needles. Golden copper coloured beer with solid white head. Many fine bubbles ascend. Full-bodied with subtle hops and grains. Finish is a lingering aspirin bitterness. Amazingly easy to drink (8.8%!). There’s a cleansing dry fruity bitterness at the end but really this beer is just yum! Lovely.

Sample from can at the rake. Aroma is is nice mixed tropical fruit, orange rind, light bready grains. Light golden coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Flavour is composed of pale grains, white bread, solid tropical fruit, grassy citrus orange. Very well balanced. Good clean ferment. Palate is frothy, semi drying finish. Very good session.

Growler. Rose amber with a white head that lasts pretty well. Aroma of lime, gooseberries, lychees, grass. Light bodied - not at all watery but really swiggable. Light sweet bready malt flavours with a tiny lick of caramel, stone and tropical fruit, peppery grass. Some red berries emerge after a time. Dry, moderately bitter finish. [3.7]Can. A little less vibrant. I’d take off palate, but I’m going to leave score as is.

@ Gunner’s Arms, Launceston. Golden and hazy, light bitterness and touch biscuity. Really mellow, but balanced Session IPA.
