Bottle at CGarvie tasting. It pours golden amber with a medium off-white head. The nose is kiwi, starfruit, cucumber, earth, parmasan and cheddar. The taste is pretty cheesy.....musty, citrus fruit, pine, moderate bitterness, light herbal and some metal with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Rather odd....and far too cheesy!
