Description
We are three friends with a passion for beer and for our land who have decided to work hard to realize a dream. And in 2012 we succeeded. Our dream today is our job, and it's called Opificio Birrario and it is an Agricultural Brewery. What does it mean? Simply that we produce in our fields the majority of the ingredients used to make beer (cereals and hops) strictly traditional, unpasteurized, natural and genuine, like the fruits of the earth.

Bottle at a market in Florence: pours cloudiesh brownish yellow. Aroma is light spice, yeast, straw. Taste is sort of sweet, spicy. Sort of witbier like, but more of its own thing. Kind of weird. Drinkable enough.

Bottle @Vicolo Divino Enoteca di Martina de Prosperis, Pisa. Hazy amber brown colour, good frothy off-white head, diminishing slowly, good lacing. Aroma toasted malts, brown sugar, caramel, grass, light alcohol notes. Taste light heavy sweet and slightly bitter, toffee, toasted sweet aftertaste, alcohol notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, perhaps somewhat unbalanced but nice.
