Description
Just sit back and relax, beer is on it’s way!
Brouwen is ons vak, mensen samenbrengen onze passie. Of dit nu gebeurt via events, live brouwdagen of workshops, we want you to be a part of it!

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Bit floral with peppery yeast, malt, light fruity, herbal. Fairly bitter for a Tripel with a mild sweetness, medium body.

30 August 2025. At 7de Bier van Olier (Sijsele). Cheers to Anke, mom & dad!

Hazy black, stable, foamy, beige head. Tobacco, cocoa bean, coffee, charred wood, liquorice. Sweetish brambleberry, bitter coffee, smoky tobacco. Earthy hops & tobacco in the finish. Creamy texture. Quite a robust Porter with smoky elements, all well balanced.

Thick, yellow head over fully hazy orange beer. Apricot, and mineral, seafruit. Lactic acid, lime. Dry stone fruit, apricot, nectarine, yellow plums. Less mineral than the nose suggested. Light, with quite some slickness. Nice, more fruit-oriented and chewier than the mango version. Txs to Fr!

Short lived white head over yellow, veiled beer. Passion fruit, lactic acid, inviting. Sparkling water with passion fruit. Faint vegetable bitterness. Light more sparkling feel than it looks, refreshing. Far from bad, perfect summer drink. Txs to Fr!

Thick yellow rim over dark orange rimmed brown beer. Vinous, Bretts, dark fruit, blue cheese. Acid-roast, metallic but in a great and balanced way. Vinous retronasal. Dry roast in each sip, then again more vinous, almost sour flavours. Very complex beer, great. Chewy, oily, woody, dry finish and aftertaste. Superb, probably the best ever from Frédéric and Filou! Txs to Fr!

Small yellow head over fully opaque dark brown beer. Lots of chocolate, roast, some wood. Ink, aniline, wood, lots of dark malts, lactose and still some chocolate. Chewy, not very carbonated. Good stout, but indeed inviting to be barrel aged.
2025 version lagertank Appearance identical. Toffee, melanoidins, way less chocolate, prunes, apricot. Roast, ashes, brown malts, dried chocolate and whifs of alcohol. Well carbonated, slick. Much more 'stout-like' than the former version. Txs to Fr!

Short lived, off-white rim over still yellow-golden beer. Onion, grapefruitpeel, some lupulin. Dry hops, again dry grains, hay. Light body for a 8+% . Not very carbonated. Less inviting than the Pacific, might benefit from more fruity C-hops. Txs to Fr!

Fluffy, frothy white head over slightly veiled yellow golden beer. Faint asafoetida, pineapple leaves, cheesecrust, dried grapefruitpeel. Dry, hopoils, dry leaves and light breadcrust. Faint hay, quite aromatic flavours. Feels light for an 8% beer (dextrine working, according to the brewer). Well carbonated. Dry, less fruity than a West Coast would be. Txs to Fr!

Very good, ultra dense white head over clear, metallic golden beer. Still, but some lace. Grassy, dry malts, green leaves, kernels. Still grassy, but 'corrected' by a nice, inviting fresh and mild bitterness. Slick, low carbonation, no restsugars. Nice artisanal Pilsener. Thx to Fr.!

Bottle at home. Unclear yellow color, medium sized white head. Aroma and flavor are light to medium malty, sweetish a bit, a bit herbal, herbal bitter. Nothing fancy but it's okay.
