Canned, from Systembolaget. Clear pale golden, small head. Fruity nose with mirabelles and grass. Mid dry with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Bready and fruity, mild flavours of mirabelles and grass. Low bitterness. Pleasant but shy.

Can from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. A bit hazy dark golden/amber with a white head. Sweetish with grapefruit, caramel, malt and hay. It's nice to see a can with the Treudden, I made my military service at KA1 in Vaxholm back in 1995.

[ As Waxholms Treudd IPA ].
ABV: 5.5%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, biscuit malt, light earthy malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, earthy, biscuit malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210619]

Ljust gyllengul vätska med ganska massivt skum. Tvålig och gräsig arom. Rengöringsmedel återkommer i smaken och paras där ihop med en höig smak som inte framkom i doften. Trött och orkeslös i stället för torr och krispig rundar av det hela.

Bottle from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. Dark reddish/brown with a medium tan head. Sweetish with dark bread, caramel, nuts and something that reminded of saccharine.

440ml Can - Golden with a faint haze and a foamy head. Bready aroma with notes of citrus, white bread and some floral hints. Malty and bready taste with notes of grass, lime and crusty bread. Some hints of apples and knäckbröd can be detected in the finish. Not bad at all but the problem is that when you are used to some cracking Franconian examples then this just falls a bit short.
