Taste is dry funky boozy, yeast, booze, bark, cardboard, almond essence, paper, soil, fruit stones, sour grass, old rope, leather. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Can, at Bryggerifestivalen. It's a lightly unclear, golden colored beer with a dense, off-white head. The aroma is mostly fruity, with a hint of peat. The kveik has also made a little impact, with some earthy, orange hints. Well hidden alcohol both in aroma and flavor. It's full-bodied and ligthly warming, softly carbonated, and semi-dry. Fruityness in the flavor too, with some peat, earthy and orangey notes. Medium length finish. For some reason I was surprised to see a pale beer, was expecting a dark one, but it works well. Dangerously well hidden alcohol. 240801
