Cask @ Guildford Arms, Edinburgh. Clear dark golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy- citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 160419

23/2/2019. Cask at the Great British Winter Beer Festival 2019, Norwich. Pours clear dark amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of fruit, malt, nut, hops, toffee and bread. Medium sweetness and bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Nice lasting bitterness to finish.

On cask at 37th Fleetwood Beer & Cider Festival. Shared with Finn. Bright amber coloured body, bubbles on the surface, fair lacing. Leafy hops on the nose. Flavoured with orange shells and oily hops. Rounded bittersweet end, fine bodied. Pleasant to drink. (07.02.2019).

On cask at 37th Fleetwood Beer & Cider Festival. Shared with Finn. Off-white head, clear copper-reddish body, spotty lacing. Moderate smell of leafy hops and mild malty sweetness. Malt-fruity flavours followed by a gentle bitter touch to the finish, hints of citrus peels. Pleasant version of the style. (07.02.2019).

9/2/2019. Cask at the 37th Fleetwood Beer & Cider Festival. Pours clear bright amber brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, hops, fruit and flowers. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Sweet finish.

9/2/2019. Cask at the 37th Fleetwood Beer & Cider Festival. Pours clear bright golden amber with a bubbly/foamy white head. Aroma of strawberry & cream sweets, lime, hops and malt. Heavy sweetness, light bitterness and a hint of tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Candy sweet finish with light bitterness. Fair. Looked good.
