Sampler at the brewery. Clear caramel color. Lots of malt sweet without sugariness and yet a clean lager flavor. Caramel, toasty, but clean finish with some dry lagering. Hard to find a place that makes a decent lager and Belgian beer.

Sampler at the brewery. Dark gold color. Light pear esters but generaly low esters. A bit sweet sugar with light gritty maltiness. A very enjoyable version of the beer and missing many of the trapping often found in American versions.
