Description
The Hanging Bat beer cafe opened on Lothian Road in Edinburgh in 2012. Since then it has become the major place in the city to try out an eclectic mix of craft beers.

We also have our very own brewing area where our brewer makes the finest ales, you won’t find these ales anywhere else in the world.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - deep amber. Thin head. Nose - fudge and orange. Taste - serious sweet fudge this time. Orange shred marmalade. Sweet liquorice or fennel thing hanging around at the back. Palate - rich and full bodied. Sweet and cloying, but that’sthe style. Overall - indulgent.

7.3 Dregs from the corny thanks to the brewer for this... Totally new England ipa look but some if that from the fact it’s the dreggs.. Soft sweet floral juicy fresh hop.. Light brett.. Very fruity nose... Soft dry fruit.. Floral orange.. Light dry bitter bretty orange... Juicy floral...Little spicy hop
