Bottle shared at Cotteridge convention 05/03/2016. Many thanks to Wingman Dave. A pale / yellow / straw coloured pour with a small white head. Aroma is saison yeast, aooe, soicy pepper. Flavour is composed of bubblegum, apple, pez sweeets, straw and hint of lemon/ Palate is tangy, grainy, highish carbonation. Interesting.

Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours hazy pale yellow gold with a thick white head. Getting a lot of meat on the aroma. Sure delivers on the bratwurst promise. Taste is tangy sour, lemon, more of the meatiness but more subdued than the nose. Sour finish. Really interesting.

Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours clear red-amber with the merest white head. Aromas of bread, yeast, faint spice, toffee and red fruit. Little boozy on the nose. Taste is smooth though, fruity, more light spice. Slightly sticky finish, but nicely done.
