Congrats Sister Pat ]. Light light unclear medium to dark amber color with a large, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, smoke - plastc, wood, wet wood - tobacco, moderate yeasty, leather, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, dry. The balance between smoke and sour is quit good IMO. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100702]

Dark amber color, huge beige head cloudy head, lace. Sour and peat smokey nose has berries and barnyard. Light easy to drink palate. Slightly sour flavor has some berries, wood, ham and then lingering smokeyness in the aftertaste. Not bad beer to celebrate Pade’s 10k ratings.

Draught@Beer Hunters, Pori. Deep amber colour with huge foamy long lasting head. Aroma is some sourish wet wood, mild peated notes, quite strong caramel maltyness as well as some slight hops. Flavour is nicely balanced between the smoked and mildly sour notes along with some mild spicyness, hops as well as some malts.

Draught@Kirjakauppa, Pori. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grass, bready malts, some slight herbal notes. Flavour is quite much the same. Balanced and quite pleasant. Refreshing on a hot summers day.
