In einer alten Fabrikhalle in einem Park im Zentrum vom Bratislava wurde neben ein Hotel auch ein ziemlich fancy Craftbeer-Lokal. Mit einer riesigen Marketing-Armada wird das Brauerei-Lokal beworben, dass ich fast schon enttäuscht von dem Bier bin. Es ist nicht unbedingt schlecht, aber auf dem Niveau von einem Schüttbier aus der Dose von LIDL. Gebraut mit mährischen Malz und böhmischen Hopfen, aber ich weiß, dass man daraus besseres machen kann.

Wenn man ein Dunkles bestellt, bekommt man hier ein Porterbier. Das ist auch ganz gut. Schwarz und blickdicht und meit Röstmalzaromen gut ausgetattet. Vielleicht nicht das beste Bier, aber zumindest ganz gut.

Auch ein Weizenbier gibt es aus der Brauerei. Dieses ist matt-trüb-gelblich. Geschmacklich hat es aber auch nicht viel zu bieten. Es ist säuerlich und schmeckt einfach nur dünn und langweilig.

Tap at brewpub. Golden color with thick stable white head. Aroma of malt, bitter hops with light herbal notes. Taste, malt, light caramel, bitter hops. Distinct mint in finish. Interesting refreshing highly dnkable and enjoyable beer.

On tap at the brewpub in Bratislava. Pours a clear amber orange beer, small white head. Nose is grrainy malty. F: snow white, creamy, big, long lasting. C: yellowish, light hazy. A: wheat, banana, spicy, cloves, citrus, hint of vanilla. T: this is a big surprise here as generally Weizen is not my thing but this is for me better than Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier but I am sure that Germans would argue :) wheat, citrus, banana, cloves, light floral, light to medium body, medium carbonation, very good balanced according the style, enjoyed, 0,3l from tap at Fabrika the beer pub.

F: big creamy, white, good retention. C: deep gold, hazy. A: malt, bread, grassy, floral.
