6 August 2018. At Fabrika, Bratislava. Cheers to Anke!
Pours hazy dark golden/orange with a lasting, big, foamy, white head; lots of lacing. Fresh aroma of mango, apricot, yellow apple, bready malt, yeast, tangerine peel, hint of grain. It tastes light to medium fruity sweet, hints of mango & tangerine, bready too, and light hoppy bitter, bit piney & grapefruity, some (sour) yeast in the back. Dryish, piney hoppy finish, faintly 'fruity' hoppy, sweetish, lingering bread & yeast. Medium body, creamy texture, fizzy carbonation. Restrained in its hoppiness but very drinkable.

Pours clear golden with a lasting, small, frothy, white head; little lacing. Aroma of wort, baker's yeast, wheat, grain, white bread, hint of apple. It tastes medium grainy bitter, quite yeasty, and light bready sweet, hint of wort, hard apple, and a wheaty accent. Dry, grainy finish, bready with some retronasal wheat. Light body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Does have that 'Czech' feel to it, quite good.

0.3 l on tap at the brewpub. Clear, deep amber with a medium large, foamy, stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty aroma of caramel, toasted nuts and a touch of honey. Quite sweet, malty, just minimally bitter taste of lots of caramel, toasted nuts and a touch of honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter, minimally grassy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Solid.

0.3 l on tap at the brewpub. Hazy, dark orangeish amber with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, off-white head. Slightly sweetish, moderately fruity and slightly grassy-resiny aroma of mango, orange and some pine. Quite sweet, slightly bitter, moderately fruity, slightly resiny and a little grassy taste of mango, orange jam, candy and a touch of pine, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly resiny and a bit grassy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent beer, not that great for the style though, just way too sweet without the necessary balance from the hops.

On tap at Fabrika, pours a cloudy orange amber with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out bready malt and toasted caramel. Flavour is along the same lines, with bready malt, toasted caramel and toasted nuts. Just a touch of sweetness, but it's a pretty dry and crisp malty feel on the finish. Decent.

On tap at Fabrika, pours a deep dark brown with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out burnt caramel, bready malt and toasted nuts. Flavour is obscured, with bready malt and a bit of earth. Muffled and lacking clarity. This isn't dialed in properly.

On tap at Fabrika, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a large white head. Aroma brings out light banana, some clove and light fruity esters. Flavour is along the same lines, with banana, clove and some citrus. Quite a lot of fruity esters here. Not a fan.

On tap at Fabrika, pours a clear copper golden with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out subdued earthy hops and cardboardy biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with earthy hops, sweat socks, and cardboard. This isn't good. Needs some serious tweaking - go visit Western Europe or North America to learn how to do this properly.

On tap at Fabrika, pours a hazy golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out grassy hops and straw. Flavour is very crisp and biting, with grassy hops and crisp crackery malt. Punchy and biting, with great balance. Nicely done.

Draft at the source. Extremely dark brown color, pretty much opaque, beige head. Aroma of burnt espresso and burnt caramel. Taste has dark roast coffee, light licorice. Tasty.
