2$ can from vintage estates. Pour is big and black, large and in charge bubbly foaming tan head. Very impressive stoutly nose with maybe hints of vanilla in the aroma. I'm not much one for vanilla in my dark beers but I thought I'd tick it for 2 bucks. Yes the taste is very dark roasted mildly burnt wood fer sher. But then that vanilla thing starts to kick in. Yea, could do without that heavy flavoring. Leaves a sort of a medicinal mouth coating feel on the back of the throat. Maybe if sondy backed off a tad on the over the top vanilla extract, whew. Settles in with the burnt bitterness to an unattractive middle, bro. hehehehh. I was able to finish this, but certainly would not try again. I have had some decent vanilla beers but this one is not nearly as good as Rock Bottom Vanilla Carob Stout, John Harvards La Prima Espresso Vanilla Porter, Beaver Brewing Vanilla Cream Barrel Aged nor Great North RVP. I wouldn't even put brobie in the same class, bro.

Nice looking darker purple pink with a slight haze. Weird off sweet fruity perfume nose. Tho strange, the aroma is not unpleasant. On the first taste, up I'll front say this is not an IPA as we know it. I totally despise IPA, but this is rather drinkable for a macro pale lager lover. First impression is its a little tart. Then there is some fruity stuff coming thru. Finally I gert some hops but its no more than a typical APA. Oh my, on the last pour of the can, I'm getting this muddy brown purple stuff from the bottom. Quite interesting. I should have swirled it a little. Yea, this stuff was not bad. If you like IPA, yer gonnah be disappointed in this fruit beer, fer sher. A far as my like-ability; its almost up there with ballast point sculpin habanero, Hellicon brombier limette and brewlounge peeping tommy's halapeno.

Can form chalet. Clear pale. Nose has a little more personality in it compared to most pale lagers. Quite clean and refreshing up top on the taste buds. Yes, considering the smel, this stuff is quite civilized and easy going, actually refreshing. Very good level of co2 in this too! In teh middle there is some odd spice that I cant identify. Could drink a sixer of this stuff, should have bought more.

Hey, I think I rated this already! Oh well, here goes. $2 can. Pour is virtually clear pale with a white head. Ever so mild pine nose; weird cause nobody else got that! First let me say the can says its a hoppy lager, so I was expecting something like and IPL. Fortunately, it is not! Initial taste is not as bitter as I was expecting, its a little more mild than those piercing bitter pils so common in our common poorly domestic craft varieties; you know, almost astringent or phenol in nature. This however, is friendly and a good example of a well made, with care, common old country pilsner. Good level of carbonation and thru the middle it remains a halcyon calm with a serene peaceful restful character. Nice. Bitterness never builds, it simply remains refreshing but never lets you forget its a pilsner and not a macro pale lager. I enjoyed this session.

GTMW. Smoke is very light, some wheat and the sweetness that brings. It could be more smokey but drinkable.

Black with a large foamy tan head that lingered and left good lacing. Roasty and smoky with burnt coffee and vanilla. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

$2 for a can at vintage estates. Pour is virtually clear pale. Nose is odd perfume and the taste has the olfactory carried over tot he taste buds. Yes weird phenolic taste of perhaps lemon but not sure. Maybe its the tea that's messing things up. Not sure. Also not sure if I like this or not. Leaning towards not, hehehehh.
