Light citrus. More of a British style IPA than West Coast. Light citrus and light malt. Easy drinking and good balance. Pours cloudy amber with good head and lacing. Some tang in finish. Tap at Yucatan craft beer festival.

Great vanilla influx here and great roast. Well done and well balanced. Light caramel and nut. Pours black with good head and lacing. Creamy consistency, bitter sweet finish. Nicely done, and among better I had at the Yucatan Craft Beer festival.

A golden amber ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy floral hops, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. Mini growler from the brewery, via the owner, El Socio Taqueria Naiz.

Growler. Pours a near clear gold with a touch of orange and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet grains and a bit of butterscotch and hay. Flavor has lots of bread and grass with some butterscotch in the finish.

Growler. Pours a clear amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has has straw and hay with a bit of a grass hop notes and a bit of sweet grain. Flavor has grass and biscuit up front and some sweet grains and a touch of straw.
