On tap at Troost Oost. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of light passion fruit, citrus, light grainy. Flavour is light malty, crisp, passion fruit, hint of unripe mango, lychee and citrus, light hop burn. Light bodied. Tasty in the sun.

Draught @ Troost Oost. Black color. Frothy light brown head with some lacing. Aroma's: mocha, sweetish, dark chocolate, umami. Retronasal there's roast, dark chocolate, light red fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet, roasted, coffee. Light bodied. Rather high carbonation. Finishes roasted, slightly dry, light bitter. Very enjoyable.

Draught @ Troost Oost. Cloudy golden yellow color. Dense almost white head. Aroma's: light sweet, herbal (coriander), light vegetal/sulphuric. Retronasal about the same. Flavor is light moderate sweet, light fruity sour. Medium bodied. Finishes light herbal bitter. Not the best of tripels.

Draught @ Troost Oost. Golden color, slightly hazy. Frothy white head with lacing. Aroma's: aromatic hops, slightly herbal. Retronasal it's fruity, dank hops, light sweet, floral. Flavor is a bit dank, light sweet, light bitter. Light medium bodied. Finishes with a delicate herbal bitterness. Very pleasant.

Draught @ Troost Oost. Hazy pale golden color. Big dense white head with good lacing. Aroma's: sourish, lemon/lime, grainish. Retronasal it's sourish, citrus. Flavor is above moderate sour, with light bitterness. Light bodied. Light bitter finish. Would be better in Summer than in Spring, imho.

150ml, 5 % abv, on tap at the brewpub Brouwerij Troost - de Pijp. Tan-coloured head, black in the glass, fair lacing. Roasted mid-dry malty aromas. Chocolate flavours joined by wood and coffee notes towards the ending. Roasted bitter ending. Medium bodied. Pretty nice, not overly sweet. (Amsterdam 08.03.2018).
