Draught @ Brouwerij Troost, Cornelis Troostplein 21, Amsterdam, Netherlands 1072 JJ. [ As Troost Blond ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, sweet yesty, fruity yeast - hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, yeasty, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140929]

On tap at PINT BBF’14. Dark brown colour, beige head. Aroma of grain, husks, cocoa, roasted malts, toast, hint of dark fruit. Flavour is medium sweet, raisins, cocoa, grain, husks, tiny hint of coffee, toast, light-bitter finish. Light to medium-bodied. OK.

[9/29/14] Draught at the brewpub in Amsterdam. Amber-colored. Spicy yeasty aroma, a bit soapy, with some acetone. Slightly sweetish flavor, spicy, yeasty, fruity, with some caramel and an alcoholic finish with a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste. Medium-bodied, lively carbonation.

[9/29/14] Draught at the brewpub in Amsterdam. Cloudy orange-amber. Aroma of yeast, bread, banana and a bit of spicy phenols. Sweet flavor, fruity and caramelly. Medium-bodied, quite rounded. Easy-drinking.
