On draft at Savotta in Helsinki. Dark brown, no head, great molasses cookies aroma that reminds me of Grammy baking. Not much carbonation. Sweet, rye bread, piney (I guess juniper), complex with everything from roast to forest berry notes, even a little sour. Not sure what you have to get used to about this drink - I could easily drink a full one from the first sip, just not too many as it's pretty sweet.

Tin cup at Zetor. Looks dark brown. Malt nose, spicy, caramel, touch of juniper, banana. Sweet and viscous, caramel, brown sugar, esters, banana, light spice as in rye. Just a touch of juniper, maybe. Thick and syrupy, sweet and spicy. Not as likeable as others I have had.

Swing top bottle from Tbone_. Murky orange brown color, no head. Citrus, yeast and hints of raspberry and twigs in the aroma. Sweetish, but also light sour flavor with juniper, red berries, yeast,, grapefruit and twigs. Not totally uncomparable with a fruity young lambic. Almost no carbon. Alcohol remains absolutely unnoticed. Looks ugly, but this is a delicious brew. Thanks Timo!

Served in a tin cup at Zetor, Helsinki. 25/05/19. Sweet yeast and fruit aroma. Muddy brown. No head. Sweet with a hint of bitterness, which gradually gains prominence. Medium bodied. Creamy. Flat carbonation. Long finish. Drinkable. But can't see who would be interest in this other than for its novelty/unusual style status.
