16 ounce can from Petrock’s Liquors. Bright Orange gold pour. Large frothy white head. Yeasty, malty aroma has fruity notes. Flavor is sweet and tangy. Mild barnyard funk leads to a hint of blueberries and lemon. Dries out on the backend.

Slightly hazy gold in color with a small head. Aroma is floral, fruity and grains. Taste...ugh. I DO NOT LIKE BRET BEERS. I don't understand why people like them. They are pure funk, basement sludge.

Nitrogen charged Three Philosophers. Okay. I like the regular carbonation version plenty enough. Bought in a 4 pack of 16 oz cans at a Ft. Worth Total Wine last year. Pour into a Chimay glass gives caramel colored body with a creamy head of very fine bubbled foam that settles quickly. The drink is likewise creamy at the beginning followed by lightish figs, cherries, malt, syrup and a bit of grain. Decent enough, I would buy again. But that is if the regular version is not available.

At the January 2026 DC Brewver gathering. 750ml bottle. Poured a hazy golden color with a small, white head. Aroma holds up, nice Belgian yeast. Some light age on this one, but this held up just about as nicely as it possibly could given that it's a nearly 15 year old beer.
