Draft. Poured dark brown w/minimal head. Chocolatey taste, raosted malts etc, not that heavy for a stout so I had a few.

Draft. This is a deep yet easy drinking brew, pours medium amber w/plenty of head. Lots of sweetness and flavor, but not too much to not ask for another.

What can I say - I love this beer, one of the better values in NYC that is consistently available (and not skunked or otherwise spoiled) at your local supermarket. Pours golden orange, Complex taste and nice aroma, but not too heavy. A great buy for 6-7$ per .75 and drinkable as hell.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Hazy amber pour has bluish notes. Rocky off-white head. Subtle aromas of lemon and berries. Flavor follows nose. Lemon, blueberries and brewed tea. Some tanginess. Medium bodied, yet refreshing. Not your typical Kolsch.

Pours a mostly clear gold with a healthy head of foam, lacing and retention is good.

Smell is coffee and vanilla. I get nothing else.

Taste is strong coffee notes, almost as strong vanilla notes, plenty of alcohol...I don't see any semblance of a base Tripel as stated on the label.

Fullish mouthfeel, to me this is not very drinkable.

Can, from Trader Joe's, Manhattan. Pours clear golden with a large foamy off-white head, citrusy but almost medicinal aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrusy taste with faint piney flavor, thin smooth body, long finish with a bit of throat burn. The high ABV is evident but still drinkable.

Pint can - lightly hazy dark gold with a substantial, soapy head - really lively, effervescent body - nose is all IPA, with strong herbal and citric hoppiness - approach is medium sweet, with some spicy belgian character developing through the middle just as the hop flavor and bitterness emerge, complimenting each other well - bright floral notes lead to the finish, which is moderately bitter, moderately fruity, lightly peppery - would like a little more tripel character, but it is solid - it ain't Houblon Chouffe, but it's good.

Bottle. Picked this up in Asheville, NC. Smell was fruity. Taste was that of a good traditional Belgian ale, but not great. Unibroue Trois Pistoles was much better. It’s worth a try though.

Bottle. Hazy golden color. Medium head. Sme lace. Aroma is a slightly sweet, floral smell. Taste is a light floral taste with underpinnings of hay and a touch of funk.
