Bottle from the lcbo. Hazy orange pour, huge white head. Aroma is very spicy, loads of coriander and citrus oils. Yeasty and spice is the name of the game here. Silky mouth feel, soft carb. Finish is lightly bitter with a strong yeasty, citrusy finish, and quite boozy, with a stronger than expected bitterness.

Bottle from the LCBO, corked and caged. Clear golden pour, with a large white head. Aroma is yeasty, some nice stone fruit, subtle tropical fruit, and some solid pale malts. Very lively mouthfeel, and a effervescent body. Finish is low to medium bitter, with some solid fruit, and a nice sweetness that lingers throughout the end with some light white grape, and cereals to round it out.

750ml from the lcbo. Dark brown pour with a hige off white head. Lovely sweet malted grains, lots of dark fruits, raisins, with some grassy hops. The mouthfeel is bang on for a belgian ale, and the carb is perfect. The finish is a tad smokey from the anchoes, with a dryness that i would expect from a quality dubbel. Fruity yet dry, medium bitterness. Nice stuff.

Bottle at the mondiale 2014. Greal pale malts, yeasty and bready, mixed with great tropical fruit, and grassy hops, with a slight but very nice citrus note. Body is perfect, crisp, clean and quenching. Carb is perfect, efervescent and clean. The fiinish is between low to medium bitterness, with a great pale cereal flavor and slme solid grassy citrus hoppiness. Out standing drinkability. Great stuff.

Light hops, very little funk, some light pepperiness, and a low carbonation. Again this ommegang beer has an odd metallic flavor that is dominating the finish, and adding an over the top bitterness. The beer was still refreshing, and bright, but the metal was odd.

Over the top carbonation, good amonts of bready sweet caramel malts. No hops to be found. There is an odd metallic flavor that dominates the finish with a bitterness that seems to be out of place.
