From tap at The Ginger Man, New York. Aroma is brown malt with notes of chocolate, dried fruits, raisins. Medium sweet and mild bitter. Body is medium. Pretty rich Dubbel.

A deep reddish copper ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with dark fruits, cherry, light lactic notes, alcohol warmth, bourbon barrel notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with dark fruits, light cherries, lactic acid notes, bourbon barrel notes, very nice. Bottle at CNY brewfest 2025.
