Bottle from the lcbo. Slightly hazy golden pour with a large white head. Grassy, lots of earthy vinous notes. Soft grape, stone fruit and fresh pear. Bright mouth feel, lively carb. Medium bitterness, fruity, pungent, vinous with a touch of tartness. Soft cereals, bready, stone fruit, grass. Complex and very drinkable.

Bottle from the LCBO. Black pour, large brown head. Big roast, nice barrel notes, light bourbon, light vanilla, pleasant and not over powering. Cocoa nibs, and a light soy round it out. Silky mouth feel, solid carb. Medium to high bitterness, cocoa, and bourbon, with a roasty coffee finish. Well done.

Bottle from the LCBO. Pours black, with a medium mocha head. Aroma is alot of tart cherries, with some soft roastry notes, and barely any smoke at all. solid mouth feel, good carb. Finish is round fruit, tart cherries, soft roasted malts, hints of coffee, and no smoke at all. Decent but lacks some complexity.
