These are the brewers who have retained their traditional brewing method over the years. Aukštaitijos Bravorai has been producing beer since 2000 using authentic recipes; we employ open beer fermentation and boiling technology as well as long and thorough ageing.

Bottle from Super Lincs, Lincoln. Off black colour with a tan head. Aroma and taste have sweet coffee and slight roasted malt. Fairly thin body.

500ml bottle from In Pivo Veritas in Moscow. As Madona. Pours opaque dark orange with no head. Aroma is caramel, bread, onions and alcohol. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, alcohol, sour notes. Pretty bad.

500ml bottle from In Pivo Veritas in Moscow. Pours clear light brown with a tall light brown head. Aroma is kvass, caramel, yeast. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, syrup, raisins. Medium bitter finish.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.
