0,5 flaske fra Eko Market Løkkeveien, hjemme etter endt brygging: klar gylden med kort skum. Aroma og søtlig smak av lys malt og et meget forsiktig anstrøk av citrus og banan. Det beste ved dette ølet var at det ble et nytt bryggeri på statistikken min. Ettersmaken forsvant mens jeg skrev disse linjene.

500 ml bottle, from EkoMarket, Stavanger. ABV is 4.6%. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma of grain, dust, wort and baby porridge. The flavour has first a little citrus, then the same elements as the aroma. Won't buy again.

1 liter swingtop bottle, from EkoMarket, Stavanger. ABV is 4.6%. Deep golden to pale brown colour, moderate white head. Aroma of grain, malts and stale jam, hints of decaying fruits (incl. banana), only a faint hint of cloves. Flavour of malts and grain, a little citrus, hints of stale jam. Not my favourite Hefeweizen this one.

Barwa ciemnego bursztynu, niemal klarowne, piana w kolorze złamanej bieli, średnio obfita, średnio trwała. W aromacie słodowe, lekko karmelowe. W smaku słodowe, lekko opiekane, lekko karmelowe, brakuje nut typowo melanoidynowych. Goryczka niska do średniej, wysycenie niskie do średniego, ciała lekko brakuje. Mało wyrazisty koźlak.
