Bottle at RSBG Grand Tasting. Pours black with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is fruity malt, cocoa, roast. Medium body, roast, cocoa, boozy finish, good.

This Braggot pours a very dark opaque brown color with some ruby around the edges, and a thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of caramel, honey and fruit. Medium to full-bodied and sweet with flavors of floral honey, toffee, dark fruit and wood. The finish is ripe spiced fruit and honey. Above average overall.

This beer pours a hazy straw-gold color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Strings of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of pine, herbs and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of oak, citrus, ginger and juniper. The finish has notes of oaky gin and tart berries. Pretty good all around.
