An unclear red-brown beer with a dense brown head. The aroma is very spicy combined with a strong presence of oranges and ginger, but also with light notes of malt and caramel in the background. The flavor is very sweet and spicy with a strong presence of ginger, which gets stronger as the beer warms, the end contains notes of cinnamon.

Beautiful amber color. It has a strong grainy aroma. Caramel flavor, malt and cereals; strong bitterness. A good beer but nothing special.

Cloudy amber color. Very nice hoppy, Cascade aroma. Reasonable body structure, malty, with a very strong hopping; long and aromatic final, not enough malty.

Dark sugary and fruity aroma. Dark red-black. Deep coffee roastyness with a light sweetness on top. Lovely smooth mouthfeel. A bit sticky milk chocolate aftertaste. Quite nourishing beer - your palate is exhausted after one.

(On tap) Hazy chestnut colour with a nice, creamy somewhat cappuchinoish head. Aroma of malt, yeast and alcohol. Flavour of yeast and alcohol, but not really any fruity wheat esters to be found. Almost no bitterness either. A potent brew, but not really that sophisticated. 041005

An unclear brown beer with a slight orange shine and a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet and very fruity with notes of oranges, wheat, as well as hints of caramel. The flavor is very sweet and very wheaty combined with notes of caramel. It doesn’t have much power for the style.

(On tap) Very pretty chestnut brown with a small, creamy head. Malty, lightly smoked aroma. Notes of roasted and lightly burned malt. Short, dry, hoppy finish. Very drinkable. 290705

(On tap) Clear, dark amber colour, just about no head. Notes of burned malt - almost coffeeish - on a rather thin body. Dry, lightly hopped finish. Very atypical summer brew, this would fare a lot better in the autumn. 280605
