Sample @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2016 (Beerfestival Copenhagen) ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Brewpub København Bretta Sinclair ].Unclear matt medium amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel - pale malt, wood, brett, berry. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average duration, tart, wood, berry, funky, leather - brett. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160519]

Draught at KØ16. Citric berry aroma. Black colour. Small stable light brown head. The flavour is sweetish with a good sloe or berry note.

Draught at KØ16. The version with smoked hops. Good smokey aroma. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small off-white head. The flavour is nicely smokey with a good bitterness.

Draught at KØ16. Good citric hop aroma, lemony. Cloudy pale yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is refreshingly citric but with a quite malty base and a sort of spicy hoppy finish. Dusty and creamy as well.

Tap from the brewpub (10/05/2016) - red scarlet to amber coloured pour with white pink head. Aroma and taste is prominent cherry, cherryskin, stone fruit, slight wooden twiggy notes, sweet cherry finish.

From tap. Pours clear and golden red with a small pinkish head. Cherry fruity and vague butterish. Smooth fruity. Cherry, dry and slight wooden. Crisp cherry and mild sweet finish.
