Tap @ the brewpub. Unclear amber body with a dense, lacing tan head. Aroma has mild but distinct Brett, dry fruit, wood and slightly acidic. Flavor has very pleasant acidity, soft malt, caramel, dry fruit, mild vinegar, wood and cellar notes. Fine balanced body and smooth aftertaste. A nice one with a well-balanced flavor without overdoing anything.

Medium beige head. Hazy opaque brown body. Funky compost aroma with wine grape and rhubarb notes. Acidic earthy funky taste with dirty wine barrel notes. Mid-to-thin body. Mild, slightly flat mouthfeel. Acidic dirty earthy aftertaste with funky wild berry notes. Nice, apart from the dirty note. (0.3l draft at brewpub. Wife sort of liked it.)
