Svart med høyt lys brunt skum. Røyklukten er det første som kommer gjennom det tykke skummet. Lukter også gjær, kaffe og kakaopulver. Smaken er bitre kakaobønner, mørk sjokolade og kaffe. Noe salt smak, mot lakris er det også.
