Two Brothers Brewing Company was founded by the Ebel brothers in late 1996. In the past 21 years, the brand has expanded to include a 40,000-square-foot brewing facility in Warrenville, Illinois, award-winning craft beer, four artisan restaurants, specialty-grade coffee, a distribution company and a line of hand-crafted spirits. Two Brothers Brewing Company currently offers seven year-round beers, nine seasonals and a number of artisan project releases throughout the year. With an unrelenting passion for producing high-quality, well-balanced beers that push the boundaries of flavor, Two Brothers remains 100% family owned and staunchly independent.

On tap at Six Ten. Pours a hazy pink with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is berry and cough syrup. Thin body, tart berry, lacto, light dry finish, good.

12 oz. bottle. Nice fresh hop pour out of the bottle. Filtered for a very slight haze in a golden IPA body. Big foamy head. In the glass I'm now getting the tropical fruit note of Citra. Foam dwindles to show some respectable legs. Taste is not big on hops, but there's still plenty of fruit, matched up to some malt. Closer to an APA, I would think. But then the flavor hop does not come with much bitterness. Slight bit of perfume hots my nose while I'm sipping it. Giving it some ups.

12 ounce can, 6/26/20. Slightly hazy amber, thin fizzy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of orange, mandarin, grapefruit, pale malt. Taste is pale malt, green hops, orange, grapefruit. Medium bodied, moderate bitterness, well balanced. Nice, old fashioned, refreshing. I could drink this by the case.

Hazy pale yellow, large frothy white head, good retention. Aroma of some faint fruitiness and not much else. Taste is citrus, tropical fruit, white grape. Pale malt. Medium bodied, but kinda weak in both flavor and aroma. And I let it warm up a good bit. Meh.

Bottle thanks to Drake!Lightly hazy gold with a small off-white head. Pine, resin, orange peel, floral hop nose. Immediate taste of dish soap, lemon peel, grapefruit, pine, floral hops.

Bottle - many thanks to Drake! Clear gold with a small white head. Grain, grasses, cracker nose. Toasted honeycomb, grain, green grass. Slightly sweet. Ordinary. Drinkable.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can poured into a cup. Clear golden with medium white head. Aroma is floral hops, light body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is floral hops and malt.

Bottle: many thanks to Drake! Pours honey-amber with a small off-white head. Caramel, toasted honeycomb, dried flowers, yeast. Taste is caramel, dried apricot, dried floral hops, chamomile, yeast, roasted/toasted malt. Tasty.
