Pours a dark ruby brown color, topped with a medium sized tan colored head. Slowly settling down. Gentle malty aroma with little chocolate presence and some roastiness. Mildly sweet, malty. A bit roasty in the back. Nothing that would stand out.

From the brewery in North Cyprus. Pours a slightly hazy amber, topped with a big off-white head. Caramel nose with some sweet candy-like presence, a bit boozy. Sweet start, malty caramel with almost no bitterness. Smooth and medium light. Tastes decent.

Cheers Mat and Erzengel for a chance to try this: Mat and I shared a small (150ml?) sample bottle on 14th June 2016 to help us in our quest to drink around the world. Anyway, to the beer: dark reddy brown with a beige head, looked good, and it was. malty nose with a wine like twist in the tail. Taste was semi-sweet malty molasses with a nutty presence: a pleasant surprise and a new country for me to tick off.

Sample @ Shrewsbury Beer Share, june 16, brought by myself. Many thanks to Erzengel for kindly sending this. Pours hazy brown, good off-white head. Aroma is grainy malts. Taste is smooth with a light caramelised malt sweetness. Some cocoa and nutty warmth. Very pleasantly surprised by this. It is a good, enjoyable Brown Ale, from the Turkish Republic of Cyrus!

500ml-Bottle for 6.50TL from Snake off-licence in Lefkoşa, Turkish occupied northern part of Cyprus 🇹🇷. The beer starts as neutral as the Golden Ale. But if you add some of the thick and massive sediment, the beer becomes smooth with muddy coffe hints. Very strange - tastes a bit like a Turkish/Greek coffee with all of the coffee-grounds in the cup. Sessionable, full in aroma. Hints of dry caramel, chocolate, round and smooth. Not bad!

500ml-Bottle for 6.50TL from Snake off-licence in Lefkoşa, Turkish occupied northern part of Cyprus 🇹🇷. Grainy smooth nose. The beer starts mild-neutral. Very neutral with hints of Golden Ale in the background. Easy to drink but with a lack of flavour. Moderate bitter aftertaste, fresh, sessionable with a moderate sweetness.

Bottle from Snake off-licence in Lefkoşa, Occupied Turkish North of Cyprus 🇹🇷. Dry grainy beginning. Hints of smooth caramel, roasted grain. Extremely drinkable. Very smooth. Milk chocolate, great fresh. The aftertaste is smooth, slightly malty with a great smooth malty chocolate aftertaste. Fascinating for a beer from a Turkish country...

Dust, cardboard, but nice. Moderate bitter in the aftertaste. Hints of typical ale aroma with golden grainy hints in the aftertaste! Nice stuff!
