Description
JSC “Georgian Beer Company” was established in 2011 with a clear goal: to become the leading player in Georgia’s beer & beverages’ industry. Company started construction of the production facilities in May, 2011. Although it was a green-field project, after 7 months the test-brewing process at the new beer factory commenced. Modern, European standards production has been deployed in such a concise period due to the experience and expertise of the management team consolidated around Chocheli family. The team has more than 20 years of experience working in the beer & beverages industry in Georgia: production and marketing. A resort area, 20km west of Georgia’s capital city, has been chosen for the location of new beer & beverages’ factory. The beautiful plot of land at the foot of Zedazeni mountain is abundant of very unique water and high quality water is crucial for the industry. The factory was named as brewery “Zedazeni”.

Bottle shared at THT May. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of light fruits, malt, grain and cereal. Flavour is above light sweet and light bitter. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at THT, thanks sjogro. Clear darker golden with white head. Sweet bready malts, light caramel, light apricot, soft grass, dust, dry cardboard. Medium sweet and a decent lasting herbal bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Aroma: sweet fruit and hay. Flavour: Fruity sweetness, slightly sour with a fairly dry bitter finish. Colour: yellow with a white head.

Clear medium golden colour, good two finger frothy white head, half-way lasting, good lacing. Aroma sweet malts, corn, grassy notes. Flavour medium sweet and bitter, malty, grainy, paper. Sweetbitter finish, earthy, chalky and metallic notes; medium body, oily to watery texture, average carbonation, mwah.

Clear deep golden colour, good two finger frothy white head, fairly lasting, good lacing. Aroma sweet malts, grain, vegetables, straw. Flavour medium sweet and bitter, malty, grainy. Sweetbitter finish, metallic notes, not really pleasant. Less than decent mostly because of the poor aftertaste.

Bottle from Haus der 131 Biere. Pours attractive clear golden with a long lasting white head leaving good lacing. Aroma of malt, corn, and a metallic edge. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Slightly buttery and plasticy. Light to medium body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Finish is chalky.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Zedazeni Golden Eagle ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cereal, pale malt, sweet malt, light corn. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt - corn, grain, cereal, sweet malt - sweet corn. 500ml can. Pours clear pale yellow with no head. Aroma is malt, corn. Taste is sweet, popcorn, water. Very thin bodied, bland and verging on tasteless.

500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Strawy, slightly grainy aroma, hints of white bread crust. Taste is strawy, grainy, hints of corn, bitter hoppy overtones with a minimally soapy touch.
