About
Opgericht door Sam de Bolle en Henk Schoute, vandaar Bolschout. Eind november 2014 werd de accijnsvergunning verworven. Na een jaar huurbrouwen besloot Sam begin 2017 de stap te zetten voor een grotere brouwerij met een brouwcapaciteit van 12 Hl. per batch. Deze nieuwe dubbele brouwinstallatie van elk 600 liter is in 2018 verhuist naar de Bierderij Waterland in Monnickendam waar Sam brouwmeester is en uitsluitend voor het proeflokaal brouwt onder deze naam.

Onze BrouwStudio bevind zich in Almere en heeft een brouwinstallatie van 200 liter waar wij experimentele bieren en brouwen in opdracht voor jouw eigen bier!

Bottle @ home. Gusher! Hazy orangy color, huge soapy fizzy white head that diminishes quite quickly. Smell and taste malts, lightly bitter. Not a lot more to it. Also carbonation is so incredibly high and fizzy that you really can’t taste much as it just sparkles on your tongue all the time. It’s not filthy but especially the carbonation makes it hard to enjoy this as well.

Bottle @ home. Gusher! Hazy yellow color, huge soapy white head that lasts forever it seems. Smell and taste malts, yeasty, sweetish. Average body and fizzy carbonation. Meh at best.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy orange color, full sized rough a bit soapy off-white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is malts, yeast, sweetish, herbs or spices lightly. Taste malts, herbs or spices again, yeast. Average body, fizzy carbonation. Pretty crappy.

Bottle @ benzai. Slightly hazy yellow to orange colour with a medium sized white head. Smells yeasty, fresh, floral. Tastes lavender, herbs, yeast. Way too much carbo, thin to medium body.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Thompson, Niilstrong and Bobson. Hazy yellow color, average sized off-white to beige head. Sweetish, lightly perfumy aroma. A hint of blossom as well. Taste lightly malts, lightly floral, sweetish, a hint of pepper in the finish. Surprising but not bad.

33 cl. bottle @ home, gift from Hilde. Clear golden with a thin white head. Grainy aroma with some faint hops. Sweet taste, thin mouthfeel. Not anything like a proper Czech pilsner, way too sweet and not hoppy enough.
