9/1/2021. Bottle bought at the brewery. Pours clear straw gold with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of grain, malt, grass, twig. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, average to soft carbonation. Not bad but preferred the EPA.

9/1/2021. Bottle bought at the brewery. As Tilford EPA. Pours clear dark golden with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is floral, malty, hoppy, fruity, touch of biscuit. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, average to soft carbonation. Nice bittersweet finish. Quite a decent modest abv EPA. Those Danish boys :)

500ml bottle [courtesy of Grumbo - cheers Graham!]. Cloudy, amber colour with average to huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Mellow malty and earthy, leafy, floral, fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of red berries, petals. Taste is dry, earthy, leafy, floral and minimally fruity hoppy, minimally toasty, caramel malty background without residual sweetness, diluted hints of petals, a touch of red berries, grassy overtones. Watery texture, slightly dry, smooth and soft palate, medium, slightly prickly carbonation. Interesting, earthy hop flavours, a tad too watery - not bad.
