Description
When Francis Vallée talks about his cider, it is a true declaration of love. With words as light as a bubble. Not surprisingly.

“My grandfather and my father were also producers in Préaux-du-Perche (Orne),” he explains. This story began in the 1930s. He, Francis Vallée, took over the operation in 1990, "taking over from my father, René".

In 2020, "we will celebrate 90 years" he proudly launches.

The potential of the cellar is 80,000 bottles with fourteen vats. And with a bottling of 1,500 pieces in six hours.

Cloudy golden-orange color; small head retention, like a cask Ale, rare in a cider.
Harmonious aroma, mature apples, wood, sweet nuts, light acetic sourness. Semi-sweet cider, apple juice and apple skins flavor, with light sourness and a mild tannic astringency that is more evident towards the end.
Archetypal French cider, very good.
