(Bottle 50 cl) Oddly pale and since it’s unfiltered, it most of all resembles a Belgian Witbier. In return, there are plenty of yeast sediment at the bottom. Very fresh and feels quite light and very thirstquenching. Pronounced bitterness, making it quite a dry experience. 250504

Tap, In de Wildeman, Amsterdam. Clear yellow color, short white head. Aroma of a classic german pilsener, hoppy, grainy, wurzig. Taste is bitter, bit grainy. Quite ok, refreshing.

Hazy lemon yellow, creamy white head, lace. Nose has yeast, lemon and some banana. Crisp, quite light-bodied. Carbonation attacks in the beginning. Starts lemony and sour, finish is lemon mixed with banana. Refreshing, a bit too carbonated.
