The stately stature of the Grand Manse is accurately reflected in the bold beers that brewmaster Tim Thomssen prefers to make. Aside from the ever rotating list of beers, mead and cider, food is also available. A unique experience in every glass.

Bottle thanks to Brian. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is strawberry and coconut. Slick body, strawberry, chocolate, toasted coconut, boozy, very nice.

750ml bottle at share. Black pour with a thin layer of beige head. Aroma is roasty, sweet, chocolate, maple, vanilla. Taste is gooey and sweet, all candy confection with a touch of cinnamon. Well balanced and full of flavor.

375ml bottle pours out purple color. Nose is sweet honey rich berries notes and some vanilla. Taste is more of the nice berries great honey sweetness and a cream kick.
