The stately stature of the Grand Manse is accurately reflected in the bold beers that brewmaster Tim Thomssen prefers to make. Aside from the ever rotating list of beers, mead and cider, food is also available. A unique experience in every glass.

Bottle pours out purple color nose is nice sweet blueberry notes great honey notes. Taste is more of the nice sweet honey rich blueberries and some light tartness.

16oz can pours out pale golden topped with a fizzy white head. Nose is nice pickle brine notes some spice. Taste is more of the nice pucker tart pickles and a good spice touch.

Bottle thanks to William. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong roast, bourbon, wood, licorice. Thick, chewy, roasted malt, chocolate, boozy, very nice.

16oz cans from Tavour. Dark brown pour, one finger beige foamy head. Mellow roasty aroma, light chocolate prunes. Taste starts with a bit of sweetness, light roasty notes, chocolate, woody, nutty. Not overly bitter, but it is present throughout. Dry finish.
