Draft. A- Blueberry pop tarts. A- Dark red color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Blueberry pop tarts. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly unbalanced finish. O- Right before this I had a blueberry muffin beer at White Elm. I guess Lincoln is a fan of blueberry pastries. Both were legit in flavor. The aroma is nice but the taste is just a bit off.

Draft. A- Chocolate, vanilla, coconut, oak, whisky. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Chocolate, oak, coconut, vanilla, mild booze. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- Well done stout. A big beer for sure that I couldn't drink more than 8 oz or so of. Of course it's good, it was done with White Elm.

Draft. A- Peanut butter, cocoa. A- Black color, black liquid, tan head. T- Sweet, nutty, cocoa, peanut butter. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Medium sweetness but overall well balanced. The peanut butter actually feels natural and works well other than just being roasty.

From a crowler. Pours a hazy orange tinged rise with an off white head. Aromas of strawberry rhubarb pie. Slightly tart and heavy sweet fruit. Yes like a milkshake. Pretty unique and quite tasty.

Draft. A- Champagne, orange juice, blackberry. A- Purple, color, cloudy liquid, pink head. T- Vanilla, blackberry, jello, orange juice. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, sweet finish. O- Pretty dang tasty and refreshing. I am a tad suspicious if this is brewed without a ton of adjuncts and if they are dumping in pulpy orange juice behind the bar post brew because that's sure what it tastes like. And also loose the umbrella. No need for cocktail fare in a beer. Appearance is chunky and settles and separates.

Draft. A- Cookie dough, roasty, cocoa. A- Black color, dark liquid, tan head. T- Chocolate, cookie dough. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. P- Got to give credit where it's due. Very cookies and cream like. Reminded me more of chocolate chip cookie dough but still. Thankfully not too sweet either. Good.

Draft. A- Roasty, nutty, mild dark fruit. A- Black color, black liquid, tan head. T- Roasty, nutty, cocoa, red grapes, jelly. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Sure as heck tastes like a PBJ sandwich. Even get a bit of bready notes in there. Not too artificial tasting either. Quite natural. Good stuff.

Draft. A- Citrus, dank, grassy. A- Gold color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Citrus, creamy, grassy, dank. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly bitter finish. O- Hazy and creamy for sure. Lots of dank citrus involved. Good but not quite great. Certainly on the right track for that NEIPA.
